I’m getting excited for this Saturday and the Health Expo! Last year I was incredibly nervous: It would be my first time on stage ALONE as a Zumba(r) Instructor. When I agreed to do it, I assumed that I could have back up dancers, like Beto does and a lot of us do when we teach Masterclasses. But, the week before, I found out it had to be JUST little, ol’, redheaded me. I had nightmares of being in the middle of the mall, on a stage, teaching a class to 2-3 students, while mall-walkers merely observed and pointed as they munched on pretzels and sipped Starbucks coffees… Well, it turned out that the stage was outside last year and it was so fun! A BUNCH of students showed up to dance and we had a blast! This year, I’ve been asked back and the set up WILL BE INSIDE the mall(near the Macy’s and the Starbucks)… So the chance of coffee-sipping onlookers is HIGH. That’s why I NEED YOU THERE! Not only should you go for MY free class, but Michelle Chua’s Yoga class at 10am, and I’m pretty sure there are other classes and demoes all day long! On top of that, there will be all sorts of raffles, giveaways and health screenings:) Here is the press release for your info:
